No froth, no faff, it's all about the running. 

Also,for the first time we have a 5k run too!

PLEASE NOTE: 

Dear all,

The organisers of the event have had to make the extremely difficult decision to postpone tomorrows event.

There is an AMBER WEATHER WARNING and the last thing we want is for anybody to be injured for an event that is supposed to fun.

We are not cancelling this event but hope to re-arrange for another day later in the year.
